FAQ

Example 1:  If you earn 30,000 or more Tier Qualifying Points during 2025, you are immediately upgraded to Pollo Loco Tier (Tier 3) for the remainder of 2025 and all of 2026.

Example 2: If you started 2025 in the Pollo Loco Tier (Tier 3) but only earn 15,000 Tier Qualifying Points during the rest of the year, you will be downgraded to the Pollo Tier (Tier 2) in 2026, as you did not earn enough to keep your Pollo Loco Tier (Tier 3) status.
