Chicken Tamales are back!

Inspired by the time-honored kitchens of Mexico, El Pollo Loco’s Chicken Tamales are filled with delicately spiced chicken simmered in a rich Colorado chili sauce infused with Mexican herbs and spices.  The tamales are formed by hand with cooked corn masa prepared with real Meseca, wrapped in cornhusks, and served with a choice of fresh salsas.  They are sold individually and in quantities of four and 12 Chicken Tamales.  El Pollo Loco also offers a Tamale Plate featuring two delicious Chicken Tamales, topped with Colorado chili sauce and Jack and Cheddar cheeses, served with rice and pinto beans.  Chicken Tamales are not available in GA, VA, CT, NJ and MA.

During these challenging times, you can have your cake and eat it too! Our new 16 oz. Bundt cakes are available in two flavors-- chocolate fudge and lemon.  The chocolate fudge variety delivers rich, melt-in-your-mouth, chocolate flavor draped in creamy chocolate icing.  The ultra moist lemon cake is drizzled with creamy lemon icing and offers a refreshing finish to a tasty meal. Both cakes serve up to eight and are trans fat free per serving.  Bundt cakes accompany El Pollo Loco’s new Flame-Grilled Feasts and can also be purchased separately for only $4.99! With Your Choice of Tangy BBQ Sauce or Spicy Buffaloco Sauce!

El Pollo Loco’s delectable new Buffaloco Wings are prepared to order and then smothered in one of two irresistible sauces: Spicy Buffaloco Sauce or Tangy BBQ Sauce. Our Spicy Buffaloco Sauce offers a unique twist on traditional Buffalo Sauce through the infusion of Mexican Oregano and our Tangy BBQ Sauce kicks traditional BBQ sauce up a notch with Chipotle Peppers, Habanaro Chili and citrus juices. Buffaloco Wings will be available through the end of the year in quantities of five served with fries and in larger amounts of 10, 20 and 30 wings.
