to franchisees.
However, there are a number of financing sources available.
Many lenders are experienced in franchise operations and can
provide support. For franchisees in the process of developing
El Pollo Loco restaurants, we provide assistance in giving you
the cost estimates and contacts for development, equipment and
other items you may wish to include in your financing package.
El Pollo Loco is not affiliated with nor does it have any direct
or implied financial interest in any lender. All negotiations
will be between the franchisees and the lender. A franchisee
considering acceptance of any financing proposal should review
the terms and conditions as well as documents and descriptive
material with their own financial and legal advisors, and make
an independent determination as to the acceptability of such
proposal. El Pollo Loco does not assume any liability to lenders
for franchise financing.
