"I was so excited to see that the El Pollo Loco on Bear Valley Road was finally open. I had been anxiously anticipating the day. I was 100% satisfied with what I received. The restaurant was clean, the service was prompt and friendly, but most of all the food was what made it the best. The food was hot and very fresh. The chicken was so tender and juicy that it just fell right off the bone. It was a little piece of heaven and a wonderful ending to my day. Thank you for the continued quality!"
